hey again just wanna ask if is it true that samsung will now support 3 major updates to all devices? thanks!!

Yes, they announced this last year. But for all new devices. Don't expect them to include 2019 and below devices.

Not all, only midrange and flagship phones released last 2019 and onwards will receive 3 major updates.

edit: 2019 midrange phones not included, only 2019 flagships are included.

based on what you have forwarded about new policy update it says that it is also applicable for selected mid-range model..

Only A90 5G is the 2019 midrange. A50 and A70 not included, so I conclude that only 2019 flagships are included then 2020 midrange phones.
