I am stunned from my recent event someone wants to connect on my phone via bluetooth even the bluetooth switch is turned off after I watch a recorded video on my phone. I don't have the picture for the evidence is this a glitch.

Hello DNKT,

We understand that it is unusual for someone to connect on your device's Bluetooth even when the Bluetooth connectivity is switched off. We agree that this could be caused by some glitch and for this reason, we encourage you to update your device's software to the latest version.

In able for you to check if there are available updates on your device, kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Using two fingers, swipe down from the top of the screen, and then tap the Settings icon.

  2. Swipe to and then tap Software update, or System updates. It will vary between models.

  3. Tap Download and installCheck for system updates, or Check for software updates, depending on your carrier. If an update is available it should begin downloading automatically, although you may need to tap Download now on some devices.

When the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to install the update.
