Sound not working after software update

Hello all, has anyone with A12 Samsung phone sound stop work aftet software update ,please advice on how to help fix the problem.

Hello Nellynellm, you can do a Factory Reset, if the issue is software.

Thank you, I'll try and see if it's work, right after the software finish updating the sound went away. Thanks for your response.
