After dropping my phone,there are no more sounds to be heard and when shaking the phone it has clicking sounds. And for the bluetooth, bluetooth is connected but it doesn't have any sounds also. What are the solutions for these two problems that I am experiencing in this phone. The model of the phone is a73 5g
