switching camera while recording

hello goodevening can I ask about samsung a15 5g? Why it doesn't have a setting like this, you can record a video whil switching your camera while samsung A05s has it. Also, if my software update will my camera setting will be changed? like new settings like this? thank u so much

Only Flagship and Midrange phones have that. Don't expect for a cheap phone to have their full potential.
