System UI Not responding

My mom's Galaxy A71 system did not respond. We tried closing the system and it got worse. She was viewing something1 important but her phone started crashing and System UI stopped working. All we can do is restart and shut down ger phone. And then it only showed the Samsung logo later on. The same thing happened when she was using her Galaxy J6

 What do we do???

Yes but it's stuck at the Samsung logo like, it's stuck at the restarting screen

pag ayaw pumasok sa recovery menu , have it checked nearest samsung service center

Press and hold Power and Volume down for about 7 seconds. This will force restart your phone.
