Os ver 10 for samsung A50s was already released last February 2020. It's been a year, yet I still can't download it. The fact that os ver 11 will be available this April 2021, yet here I am stuck with os ver 9, sadly.
There were issues with the India update an was pulled back mid of last year, usually, rollouts are different for each region. There has been issues with the Android 10 updates, I hope the one for the Phillipines would be bug-free, let's keep our hopes up 👍🏻
