Unfair Samsung A55 5G Freebie Promo

I find it unfair, the samsung promo for the A55 5G freebie charger adapter and galaxy buds fe.

I did not get the galaxy buds and only got the charger adapter. Even I bought the phone within the the promo period. The Samsung store mentioned that they dont have stocks for the galaxy buds and there is no option for the buds to follow. 

Why is that?

That's because promotions with free items are usually until supplies last. It's typically written in any promotional offer of any brand.

That was the unfair part, why announce a promo like that but not ensuring that everybody gets all the items within that period. Why not restock freebies as much as their phone stocks.

Whats this, you buy and then you complain? From the start you know there is no free buds why did you still buy, and now you're complaining.

You should have checked samsung online store first before going to physical store. Store has freebie allocation only, while online store has freebie until such time they removed on site.

Actually now in online, there is no free buds fe, but on May 15 and 30 you can get free buds fe by using voucher AWESOMELIVE. 😎

I had the same issue before pero nakuha ko nmn yung buds after a month. kung naka indicate sa receipt na to follow yung buds you can update it dun sa store mismo medyo hassle nga lang tlga

I just got the A55 yesterday with free fe buds at Robinsons Magnolia. They still have stock there thankfully.
