Update on Android version 12

Hey, when will be the update for our phones Samsung A20 to Android version 12? I want to know to update the UI of my phone 3.1 to 4.0.

Sadly, the Galaxy A20 won't get the Android 12 update. Its last OS update is One UI 3.1 (Android 11). It won't even get Android 13 or any future Android OS and One UI updates.

thanks ma'am for the answer. I noticed also the change in the recent update, which is both the finger print and face unlock is a little bit faster than the older update. Keep up the good work po.
