Actually pabago bago ang petsa ng update. Yung a10 october na naman. Pero naupdate ko na two weeks ago into oneUI 3.

Try clearing a cache by navigating into you're phone settings > then device care > clear it and done or maybe restart you're phone, and done.

Hindi po, kaya po nag iiba ang date ng rollout ng One UI 3 yun ay doon sa mga hindi pa nag u-update ng kanilang software kaya ganon nag iiba po sila. ("Baka").

Hi guys, I tried all of your suggestions last time but none worked. I experienced all of this after the August update happened which is the July patch.

Hi! I'm Sam, your friendly Samsung Customer Service guy. As for your concern, software updates may vary on rollout dates due to factors such as but not limited to region, mobile build number, emergency fix needs to be done to the update, network carrier (for postpaid subscribers), connection signal. Though you may opt to get Samsung Smart Switch and install it on your laptop/pc to be able to receive software updates much faster than OTA updates. Hope this helps too!
