Why after doing system update my phone gets slow and always having error like its saying system iu is not responding?

Yes sir i do already did one post again

And one thing more.. once i do restart or make a power cycle my phone really have a long time to turn on again .. samsung logo or name keeps on flashing for along time then next on it, it will turn black then another notif sayong android is starting ..... then it took so long again...
