USB-C Earphone Compatibility

Hi all!

I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy A52. I am wondering if the USB-C type wired earphones I ordered would work on my device? Or is my phone's port good only for charging and/or USB data transfer?

Thanks for the insight. Oh nothing biggie, it's just all my devices are now USB-C based so I want my accessories to be the same hehe
