Video stuck and No Voice Recorder

What happen to the videos ive watched ? After so many to play a lot of videos it gets stuck and i need to troubleshoot again, please fix it. And also theres no voice recording at the lockscreen when you press the clock at the lockscreen, even its on. Please fix it please.

Try restarting your phone.

Try going into Safe mode.

If it didn't work, try wipe cache partition.

Following are some basic steps to troubleshoot and identify what's behind the reason your device video playing issues.

A) First, ensure that your device is up-to-date with the latest Software updates.

Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download and Install > Follow On-screen notifications.

B) Clear the App Cache of Video Player

  • Tap App
  • Tap Settings
  • Clear Cache/Data
  • Re-start / Open Apps

C) Close all Apps running in the background while playing video.

D) Check for any running Ads while playing video and skip it.

E) Check your battery, if its low, recharge it fully before playing video.  

F) Locate the Voice Recorder

  • Navigate to Samsung Folder.
  • Click on Voice Recorder.
  • And now when you click the Red Button, your phone will start recording.

Note : Also, you can search the Voice Recorder through your Home screen search button (magnifying lens).

regarding to the camera , please can you turn off the vibration to my samsung a03 , theres no option for turn off the vibration when capturing an image.
