Hi, my son has an A Series device. When I call him it goes straight to voicemail....there's no ringing if the phone. What is the setting I can change so that it rings a few times before going to voicemail? Thanks. Mark

Do a Google on your phone Isp supplier with "voice mail settings"as there can be minor differences between companies

I am sorry that you are having this issue

Could you please check if your son has his Phone on 'do not disturb' or has accidently blocked your number?

No, he has not done either. Is there a setting which allows you to set how many rings your phone makes before going to voicemail? I thought I had seen something like this before. Thanks for helping me out. Mark

Yes there another way to extend the ring length. By dialing a code to dial to extend it but you will have to contact you provider to get it.
