You can activate your VoLTE by following these steps: Open the Settings app on your home screen or app drawer, or slide down from the top of your screen. Tap on Connections. Tap on Mobile networks. Hello sir, I already turned it On. But there is no VoLTE appear in status indicator.

One thing to do is to call your network provider and check if your area is 5G covered and check if your sim is available for it as well.

We the same issue... what happened to samsung? Where now moving to new technology... can you offer atleast a code to activate the VoLTE like other phones out there

Regarding a7 2018, my phone supports volte and wifi calling only on my smart postpaid account sim (previously sun cellular) but none on my smart prepaid sim (previously sun cellular). I've already called smart customer prepaid service and they told me that a7 unit is not supported by smart network yet my postpaid sim has.
