Volume button down and side key button not functioning anymore.

Nang nagupdate ako ng android 12 sa phone ko hindi na gumagana ang volume parapahina ng sound at hindi narin gumagana ang side key button.ano ba nangyari sa device ko patulong naman po.

Please run the Diagnostics in Samsung Members App, and check if your volume and power keys are working.

If not working, this could be a hardware issue. Have your phone checked at the nearest Service Center near you, or call the hotline #GALAXY to voice out your concerns.
