I have a super wallpaper from Xiaomi on my Galaxy A12, is it alright to add this even though it's not a Xiaomi device? Plus minimal lag is can happen but most of the time it's not.

You do seem to have a 'modded' version anyway (the original app won't install normally). You should be okay.
