When I bought this phone few months ago, ì can use volte, and the volte icon app

When I bought this phone few months ago, ì can use volte, and the volte icon appear on the top right. But one day the icon disappear and I don't know what happened 

 I can't even use it anymore

I have an A52s 5g too. 2 months ago, all works fine. Now, I am unable to make any outgoing calls at all. However, I can receive calls and data is fine. And Samsung doesn't know how to resolve this.
