When will android 14 be available for galaxy A24 in Malaysia?

I think the article you read is for other region that has already released the one ui 6 maybe

Good news, big guy, one ui 6 is finally available for us. Heads up, though, your phone gonna be a bit laggy after you install the update, but it'll be normal again after a while
