Will the galaxy A54 5g get the widgets on lockscreen feature?

it's on lockstar from the goodlock app. You can install it directly from the Galaxy store.

what kind of widget? custom or default? if default you have to wait for OneUi 6.1 if custom you need the kustom kwgt paid app. then use lockstar via Goodlock app to customize everything.
