reset you phone... and select English in settings. our learn Spanish is easy

the phone IS in English. Only the support app is in Latin.

I'm having the same problem. The only advice I've gotten from support is how to change the keyboard language and I use Gboard anyway. Hopefully this gets fixed in a later update.
