go into software and update Google play system update,go to play store and galaxy store do update also,restart device and go try software update.
Just know the update is coming for sure and it's regional...my tab was purchased and activated in the US and I say this because my s23 ultra still on ui6

my s23 ultra came tagged TPA south American firmware and I reflashed it with a brazil open firmware so I know why I gotta wait..lolol
Brazil is almost last for updates
