Galaxy BookI want to share my experience with the Samsung Galaxy Book3 360 and warn potential buyers about a serious issue with the screen's fragility. I purchased this device for its versatility and the promise that it could be used as both a laptop and a tablet. However, the screen started showing fractures with minimal use, which feels like false advertising. The idea of using it as a tablet is practically impossible, as even a light touch can risk damaging the screen.
When I tried to claim the warranty, Samsung not only rejected my request, but the service technician falsely diagnosed it as "physical damage due to misuse," which is completely untrue. After researching online, I found numerous similar reports in English forums, confirming that this is a recurring issue and likely a manufacturing defect in this model.
It’s very disappointing that Samsung is not taking responsibility for this defect. To make matters worse, they offered a repair at nearly the cost of the device, which is unacceptable. If you're considering buying a Galaxy Book, take this experience into account: the screen is extremely fragile, and the warranty doesn’t cover this type of defect.
I hope Samsung takes note of these complaints and provides a fair solution for users who trusted their products.
