Got the Galaxy Book Pro 360 to replace my Mac. Instead, I use the GB Pro as a glorified tablet and still use the Mac for word processing because the GP Pro is radically inferior in that department. Cut & Paste = FAIL. Almost all windows functions = FAIL. I sent the machine back to Samsung for a reboot, they kept it 3 weeks and returned it to me EXACTLY the way it was when I returned it. NOTHING was different after they supposedly rebooted it. Samsung's customer support is 3rd World quality and this machine is nothing more than a pretty tablet to make art and watch movies on.
