Samsung cancelled my order saying the shipping address is wrong or not matching. The address by default came when I was placing my order was the wrong address. How come I can place an order when they provide the wrong address? And now that the free galaxy buds offer is over and the Samsung customer support telling me to replace the order but they can’t provide the galaxy buds free offer anymore. This is so unfair.
