Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 won't turn on

Thr indicator light on the side is green but I'm getting nothing when I try to turn it on. I've tried with various chargers and still nothing.

Hi, please unplug the charger, then press and hold the power button.

While holding the power button, reconnect the charger and continue to hold power for approximately 15 seconds.

Please let us know if anything different happens.
