Hinge on new Book 2 pro 360

Hello all,

I just received a new Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 and noticed the right side hinge does not fit the same as the left.  It looks like it isn't seated properly and there is a bigger gap from one side to the other.  As this is a brand new unit I have only gone as far as connecting it to my wifi before I do anything further.

Can someone please provide the next steps to solve this?

Where did you purchase it from? I would almost go back and just show them, possibly a defected item and maybe exchange for another one?

I used Air Miles rewards to purchase it.  That's why I'm starting here.  I have seen another post with the exact issue, so I know I'm not the first!

Mine too was like that. I was planning to return it but I saw that i think it was made this way , because i think all of us have the same problem so i guess its normal
