Hi. I received a Samsung Galaxy Book S(rose gold) as a gift bought in the USA. A couple of months ago, there was a hardware issue with the screen, causing black horizontal lines throughout the screen. I've tried some methods suggested on the internet, such as gently pressing the screen and playing RGB colours at high fps. None of these seems to have worked so I'd like to go for a screen replacement. However, there isn't support here in Bangalore, India for replacing the screen as the laptop is from a different country. I'd like to know what my options are from here, and if any service centers in Bangalore can replace the screen.
Someone else feebly attempted, to give me a bit of a hard time, when I had suggested that someone with a US device, might want to ask on Samsung Members US.
