My order section not showing my order?

Why my order section is not showing my orders and showing invalid information whereas i received my order and in case i make my mind to return.. I don't see any option for that... Thanks

Hi Navjotchahal, I suggest you to check your mailbox and also the junk folder for order confirmation mail?

I do have mail but i don't see any return option anywhere that's my question basically..
