Quick Share won't work both ways

I bought the Galaxy Book 360 bc I thought it'll help me in my ecosystem but unfortunately I can't even send files from my laptop to my Z Flip 4 and vice versa. Its just frustrating bc one of the advice of Samsung support is reset my laptop and phone. It works one time then after that it didn't work at all. They need to improve Quick Share a lot.

Hi leoandrew28, just to be sure did you observe any error while transferring data to Z Flip 4?

No but it only shows "can't connect." This happens to my s10 as well.

Hi, we would like to tell you. If you are unable to share files via Quick Share, make sure Quick Share is enabled on the other device.

Also, try to clear the cache for the Quick Feature on both the devices.

How can i clear cache on pc again?

Make sure you don't have a VPN on. If you do try to add the Quick Share app to the exclusions list. Works for me this way.
