WiFi 6e ?

Hi All,

Just purchased the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 NP930QED-KA1CA, Intel Core i5-1240P.

Installed latest Windows updates as well as Samsung ones. However my Galaxy Book2 doesn't see the 6Ghz SSID (802.11ax) from my ASUS GT-AXE11000 router. Seen some posts on the internet about installing some very old driver in the Intel AX210/AX211 ... I'm not a big fan of going backwards :).

Wondering if anyone out there in the community has managed to connect wirelessly with WiFi 6e 6Ghz SSID with this notebook ?

Hi, we suggest you to please try to update windows 11 cumulative update patch and then check it.

Hi Nylah, as stated I applied all updates. I used Windows Update.
Still don't see my 6Ghz SSID :(

Hi, we would like to inform you that Wi-Fi 6E (Gig+), 802.11 ax 2x2 will be supported only in Canada in your Galaxy book2 pro 360 .

If Samsung doesn't get back to me with a solution I'll return the laptop, wifi 6e was one of main reasons I got it

Hi Nylah and Axton I installed the recommended Samsung driver version for the AX211 using Samsung Update app and also windows 11 latest update using Windows Update. Is there anything else needed to get WiFi 6E working ?

Windows Update shows Windows 11 22H2 coming soon, there's a safeguard hold for this laptop...any idea about this ?

Your Router. You need your router support WiF6E as well.

Yeah it's an ASUS GT-AXE11000 broadcasting 3 separate ssids for 2.4, 5, and 6GHz bands
