7 day replacement of unit

Hi! Does anyone here knows how long it will take to get a unit replacement and do they give them a brand new/ sealed phone for exchange? How will I know if it’s not a refurbished phone or something? Please lemme know thank you so much!!

Yes, you will receive a brand new unit that comes in a tamper proof box as a replacement but no specific date and time.
