Does anyone has the same experience with me, my Samsung Z Flip 4 keeps on shutting down whenever i am charging it, i think it already happened atleast 3 times this month now. It happened these previous months, but now, it keeps on shutting down more often and it's bothering me already.
I bought it last January 2023 only. I neither dropped nor damaged it yet. And i usually maintain the batt level until around 20 to 30% before charging it. Not overusing it too.
I have a Galaxy Z Flip4 and it never shut down on its own. You may try to clear your phone's cache if it may help. Try diagnostics test from this app as well.
It happens whenever i charge it, I'll only leave it, and when I'm about to remove it, it's already off. but how do i clear phone cache? I already did the diagnost test. Everything says normal or fine 😕
