Adobo

Straight from my Samsung S22+, using the built-in "Food" mode of the phone.

Adobo was cooked using pork belly, soy sauce, lime juice instead of vinegar, black peppercorns, garlic, onions and I added a bit of my homemade harissa.

Pork adobo, a traditional Filipino food.
