Galaxy GalleryCordilleran version of Tinola. Usually served with ETAG (cured meat). Often called "killing me softly" due to the fact that the chicken usually broiler culls and sometimes Culls is hit several times at it's joints then killed after which feathers are burned and scraped off. It has a distinct smoky taste.
