I Don't think so. Karena pernah baca suatu research klo 'cursing/mengumpat' bisa menjadi suatu cara pelampiasan emosi yang sehat dan baik bagi orang yang memiliki EI cukup baik.

Akan tetapi, i do not agree when people vent out their frustration or anger to other person just because they have a bad day. This is silly and inconsiderate imo.

I dunno exactly. It could be so. Or klo ngomong kotornya ke diri sendiri not to others, mungkin masih bisa ditolerate meskipun bisa jadi negative self-talk and jadi ter-engrain in ourselves if so. Tapi klo sekali2 and maybe when we have a super tough days, it might still be okay. #imho

dari mentality pov, setelah fisiknya exhausted, self-control nya jg jd berkurang, mata kunang2, pikiran pun melayang2 πŸ˜„, mungkin ini yg dianggap para researcher itu sebagai mental/pain relief. make sense enough.

tp gimana dgn mereka yg setelah dpt super rough days, masih bisa tahan dan punya good control over his/her behaviors πŸ€”

since gak semua org punya waktu/ability buat muncak ke atas gunung.

saya ada resep anger management yg lebih simple, bertingkat, bahkan bisa dilakukan semua org kalo mau

mudah aja :
* kalo marah saat berdiri, coba duduk.
* semenit atau dua, keep silent saat duduk.
* kalo masih ngerasa marah/kesel, coba berbaring.

additionally, kalo masih marah jg (if u're Muslim) ambil wudhu plus shalat 2 rakaat.
atau cuci muka/take a refreshing bath and do your prayers to God (buat non-Muslim).

posisi tubuh punya interaksi dgn cara otak processing emotion (science tested).

while wudhu/prayers more like a shield for religious person. πŸ™
