Galaxy Gallerydari mentality pov, setelah fisiknya exhausted, self-control nya jg jd berkurang, mata kunang2, pikiran pun melayang2 π, mungkin ini yg dianggap para researcher itu sebagai mental/pain relief. make sense enough.
tp gimana dgn mereka yg setelah dpt super rough days, masih bisa tahan dan punya good control over his/her behaviors π€

Galaxy Gallery* kalo marah saat berdiri, coba duduk.
* semenit atau dua, keep silent saat duduk.
* kalo masih ngerasa marah/kesel, coba berbaring.
additionally, kalo masih marah jg (if u're Muslim) ambil wudhu plus shalat 2 rakaat.
atau cuci muka/take a refreshing bath and do your prayers to God (buat non-Muslim).
posisi tubuh punya interaksi dgn cara otak processing emotion (science tested).
while wudhu/prayers more like a shield for religious person. π
