I ordered milktea powder and tapioca pearls online
🍵Dissolve completely 4 tablespoon of milktea powder in 1 liter of water.
🍵Add ice, caramelized brown sugar and tapioca pearls
🍵And enjoy your milktea 🥰
How to cook Tapioca Boba pearls
💙Boil 1 liters of water in a stockpot. Once boiling, gradually add contents of 2cups of Tapioca Pearls. Cover and allow boiling in medium fire for 20-30 minutes.
💙Turn off heat and set for 30 minutes. Don't remove the cover.
💙Strain and rinse with running water preferable cold water
💙For the syrup, dissolve 1/4 kg of brown sugar in 2cups of water and allow mixture to boil.
💙Remove from heat and then add to the cooked Tapioca Pearls.
