Cheese Toasty

So simple. But who doesn't love a Cheese Toasty. Secret to this is to use Mayo spread over outside instead of butter, margarine or oil.

Best cheese toasty use what ever cheese you have on the outside of the toasty aswell gives the best crunch

Not all cheese melts and browns and goes crunchy. So you may wanna be selective there. Having said that, that is also nice when using the correct cheese. You can also melt cheese, place bread on it then lift the bread flip it with the crusty cheese on the inside put other filling on it and fold it in half and toast the outside of that, also coated in cheese if you like. But I rarely put cheese outside a cheese Toasty
Some people like double cheese. I love my arteries. But again, you can't use any cheese as some don't brown, melt and crust.

Maybe. But you did say use whatever cheese you have. Personally I use a less oily cheese that crusts and browns better like Romano or Parmigiana. Each to their own. 😁
