Yes. They usually fake the labels and put however much mAh there. It is not logical to have 12000mAh with that size of lithium battery, at least for now. I believe the price is also suspiciously cheap. Can check youtube videos and many other reviews in forums where they do battery capacity tests (not this particular brand tho).
The good part of all these is that with that small shape, there will be no safety issue even if they've accidentally passed flight security inspection no matter how big the claimed capacities are (the officers there usually check the battery pack size 1st, only if the case is big that they proceed with checking the specs 😅)
