Parang cousin siya ng sisig. Haha. Grilled pork, chopped into bits, then sauce niya is utak ng baboy with mayonnaise. Add calamansi, sibuyas and lots of sili (or siling green, kung mababa tolerance mo sa anghang). Pag nagtitipid, pwedeng tenga ng baboy and/or maskara with atay. 😁🤤
