Don't know where the Ferrari was, but I was surprised as he*l to see the Mclaren in a shopping mall parking lot in a fairly small town in Quebec!
Kind of normal in bigger cities like Vancouver, TO, Montreal, but not where I saw it, & Mclarens are a lot more rare than Ferraris, afaik anyway.
