I'm a Long haul truck driver, and today was the first time I had enough time outside of the truck to test the capabilities of the Galaxy S22 Ultra's night photography capabilities.  Although some of the images look the same, I've either adjusted the lighting manually on the phone or a very slight alteration of the angle I took the picture.  There is one picture at the end where I did test the zoom functionality at night. It certainly better than my old S20 Ultra, but zoom and dark don't mix IMHO.

What are your thoughts on the last one with the zoom?

I would say that the photo appears to be a bit 'softer' which usually is to be expected with higher magnifications.

Seems like the focus was on tree branches and the background got blur.

Thanks, I didn't even think of that.

On most photography's device, the focus is made on the nearest subject except if you click on the screen to tell the device where to make the focus..He probably don't did it..🙄
