Samsung galaxy devices has the worst quality control and manufacturing process I guess. Still now they can't figure out on how the phone gets White horizontal and green pink vertical lines on display. I spent SGD5000.00 over past 4 years and the devices within less than one and half year gets these issues with the display.
Don't ever recommend to buy Samsung phones anymore they have the worst quality control and they never admit on their manufacturing defects. I contacted Samsung Singapore Customer care several times yet they are saying as handling issues by us, I could agree with it if the green, pink, white line issue happened on just one device, in my case there are 3 phones a Samsung S22 ultra (by itself after a careful usage of the S22 ultra one year one month I got a thick White line near camera then followed by green, pink vertical line) & for two Samsung S21 ultra device less than one and half year I got green line appeared on display suddenly by itself. Samsung never admit their faults and ask customers to pay SGD400.00++ for replacement of display which is totally unacceptable
Totally feel you. I got my Flip 3 and after one update, the next day my phone came up with a pink line during work while I was using my phone. I took extra care with all my phones btw. I find it pointless to get it fix cos it became so common for most of us. I'm currently using s24+ and if this time the same issue comes up, I will give up Samsung already.
Better pray it doesn't happen to another phone. If it's still under warranty they usually just do replacement of the motherboard. Provided is you didn't drop the phone and etc. Other than that they will charge you. The prices are pretty crazy and i would much rather get a new phone
