How long was the actual video duration?

about 30 minutes. unfortunately the quality of the video is so bad after uploaded here

30 minutes? That is long enough. How many MB does it take for the original video then?

because I only set 1080p, so 30 min is only about 150mb

What is the highest setting you can do for the video? 150mb that is big for me.

The quality is bad? How so? Is it because of compressed process? Care to explain?

the original quality is great, but after uploaded it here, or on Instagram, Facebook. the quality is reduced

If that so, I do not think there is no way to resolved the reduced quality issue. Or is there any?

I dont think so, I think social media sites limit the quality of the video so as to prevent the server to be too heavy.
