Hello, I formatted my A22 5g last year and everything was fine. My contacts,my samsung notes, & messages are restored, I forgotten exactly what I did when it comes to my gallery, good thing I did back-up all my photos and video but I forgot how haha. My second format was everything restored(notes,contacts and messages),but now it didn't bring back all my gallery stuff(before resetting again,I made sure na back up ko sa "Google Photo" but not 100%). Then there's a notifications here in my settings ,my samsung account that I don't know if it's related that there's a premium or anything that can back up my gallery before is now not supporting "Gallery Sync" and "Drive Storage for my files" and I don't know why it is terminated? Reason I reset my phone again because there's a delayed when it comes of a video call from any social media, always lag and I don't knows where's the problem and our internet is fine upgraded from fibr so I don't know what's happen to my phone.

Is there a option for Microsoft one drive? I only see is samsung cloud and there's no back up for gallery?
In Gallery there is an option cause it prompt me last 2020 to transfer my backup images on Samsung Cloud to OneDrive to avoid deletion
But for SMS, Contacts, Call Logs, Settings, etc, they still use Samsung Cloud, I think only Gallery is moved to OneDrive

Before I do have a same option po ,now wala na po Yung sync with one drive 🤣 
Try mo po open ung OneDrive, tpos punta ka sa Settings, Gallery Sync
Hi, I noticed that one of the lenses has suddenly changed its color, but my camera is working. What seems to be the problem? Thanks po in advance for your assistance.
