Chez Misty is a French crêperie near me. The savoury items are called galettes. This galette included cheese, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms, with an egg and no ham. Made with buckwheat flour. It was delicious.

The drink was an antioxidant smoothie including açai, berries, mango, banana and yogurt. Yum.

😁👌 I think it crisps up the edges of the galette and adds that nutty flavour, like a good pastry does. BTW, this overflows a standard dinner plate. Big meal.🍽
