Galaxy GalleryHello Justmarkmaster,
Thank you for reaching out to us here to inquire about the importance of managing files in Samsung Galaxy devices. And you're having second thoughts of doing it, cause you know, it will have a direct effect on the downloaded apps that are related to it.
Our dear Samsung member Asphere's reply is correct here.
If ever by accident you deleted some files, you have to ensure that the Trash is enabled to keep deleted files and folders for 30 days.
The Trash feature in My Files should be on by default, but you should make sure it's turned on just in case as follows:
Step 1. Open the My Files app and tap More options (the three vertical dots).
Step 2. Select Settings.
Step 3. Check that the switch next to the Trash is turned on.
If you need further assistance, you may contact our Samsung online support channels.
