Hi! I'm sorry, I don't know how to answer your question. I'm not very familiar sa UP. But nakapasok po kami sa loob and everyone can jog and ride bikes inside. Not sure if Mang Larry's is the stall we passed by sa loob but it's closed po. Again, not sure, sorry.
