I think your Samsung Quad Lens is capable of low light shots. Try avoiding the use of flash lighting.

Hindi ko familiar sa phone model mo.. Kaya lang obvious ang shadow sa shots mo, including the lizard, at saka ang true color, hindi makuha. My two cents advice lang.
