hmm it does measure O2 saturation, bpm, stress level, sleep, workouts...ecg i think is only available in Korea. but u can see the heart waves and all during o2 sat measurement so if you are medical professional u can recognize if it is sinus rhythm or not but if you are looking for an ecg thats been interpreted it doesnt have.
